Hey John, hope your trip is going well. I was in on Wednesday and saw Jeff. We went through a number of guns and I finally choose a used Beretta AL391. It's in great shape and already took it to the trap field and put 100 rounds through it without a hitch. Nice Gun!

The new Browning over/under shot-gun came in the mail to-day. It looks better than the pictures, but that is what I expected. I had written to 3 different sport shops and you are the only one who bothered to reply. It is their loss and your gain, since I am serious about purchasing a crossbow.
I did some research but I am new at crossbows, therefore I need the expert advice of your archery guys please. So far, I prefer the right stuff package. my understanding is that those arrows are carbon? Are there any items in the package that are not recommended and therefore I should possibly purchase the items individually? For example, I read that the scope rings are sometime problematic. I do not know anything about scopes. Is this a good one or should I be looking at something else? Thanks for your help.

I've read some forums and guys seem to prefer the Browning over the Remmy. I used to have a Browning Silver (traded it to you guys) that I really liked so I think I'll stick with the Browning. I very much appreciate the price match. I always look around the web for prices but I won't deal with anyone else other than Gagnon. Gagnon has been nothing short of excellent to deal with.

Received the Baikal IZH27, Nickel, 20 today, and I am more than impressed with the quality for the price. I know these guns have been around for a long time, and a friend of mine has an older model that he has been shooting hares with for the last 25 years, and still going strong. They have certainly stepped up a notch with quality; it looks like it is the Remington SPR 310, without the remington logo. Looking forward to trying it out soon. Bought it for my son, but this one might become my hare gun. He'll get the Stoeger 410 Youth when it comes in. Thanks,

I just wanted to drop you a short note to let you know how pleasantly surprised we were by a recent visit to your store. My sister and I stopped in last Friday. We had no idea whatsoever that you sold ladies winter jackets (thinking it was strictly a hunting store), until we called Misty Mountain to inquire where we could purchase one of their coats, and they advised us that you sold them, and that you could order in what we wanted. Well, long story short, we never did buy the Misty Mountain jackets we went in to get, but rather your salesman, Noel helped us to purchase jackets that we are both very pleased with (Columbia and North Face). He was amazing! He called Columbia inquiring if he could get a coat in a different size, pulled out catalogues to show us what was coming next year...........and gave us both 15% off the coats we ended up buying. We were totally blown away by the over the top, personal, one on one service we got. We will be back in the fall to buy boots!!!!! In fact we are very excited to see what you've got coming in! Great site - first time I've been in to look. A friend of mine from Kitchener told me about it. I've been in the store lots of times when down fishing for “bows” and bought a couple of firearms as well. I've just sent in a fax order for a Holosight.
