REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. Damages and issues
If you receive any damaged or defective item upon arrival, please call our Online Customer Service Department immediately at 905-725-5798 or mail us at [email protected]. It is crucial to contact us before returning the item so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not connect with us before returning shipping items, you’re solely responsible for all the return charges that may applied.
Kindly be prepared with a detailed description of the damage and any other issue you find with the product before contacting us.
Returns and Exchanges
Where to Return or Exchange Products
Exchanges are handled just like returns. Simply bring the item you wish to exchange to the Gagnon Sports store at 385 Bloor St West (right off the 401) Oshawa, Ontario L1J 5Y5 within 90 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, along with your receipt and the original Gagnon Sports "Money"® issued.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items
While we strive for customer satisfaction, certain items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to safety regulations, hygiene reasons, or their nature. These typically include:
- Firearms and Ammunition: All firearm and ammunition sales are final due to strict regulations.
- Consumable Items: Items like fishing bait, scents, and certain archery supplies (e.g., arrows and broadheads) are generally non-returnable once used or opened.
- Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, some clothing items (e.g., base layers socks) may not be returnable.
Refund Cards Terms & Conditions
Gagnon Sports Refund Cards may be used towards purchases at our Oshawa store. Returns of merchandise purchased with a Refund Card will be credited to another Refund Card. Cards are not redeemable for cash or gift cards. They cannot be used for online purchases. Refund Cards expire one year after the date of issue. After expiry, any remaining balance will not be returned. You can check the balance and expiry date of a Refund Card at our store. Any portion of a purchase paid for using a Refund Card will not be eligible for any additional store credit or rewards points. Gagnon Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or cards used without permission. Protect Refund Cards like cash. Gagnon Sports reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
